Connie Inman

I’m originally from the Midwest. I attended Moorhead State College in Moorhead, Minnesota where I majored in journalism.

My marketing and sales career spans over 30+ years. I started as an administrative assistant for a small graphic design firm; moved on to a full-service advertising agency as a media buyer and then into radio sales where I spent the majority of my career. I retired from IHeartMedia in July 2019.

I had the opportunity to work with on air professionals and make connections with leaders in the arts, business, music and sports community. I developed and sold campaigns on our six local radio stations, the iHeartRadio app, in the pre and post-game of the Houston Astros and Rockets as well as multi-media programs to clients including the Houston West Chamber.

I have been a member of the Houston West Chamber since 2010. I have been active on the Women Driving Business Committee for several years; currently I serve as the chair of the marketing sub-committee. I went through WHLI in 2015 and have been on the board for the past two years currently focusing on alumni engagement.
